What I Uncovered about Management from the Blue and Gold

When I bought again to the retailer, I implemented a few of people thoughts. And I discovered a change. A transform in my folks and as a result alterations in my benefits. On all degrees.  My retailer experienced often been a large doing store, but now we were being the top rated accomplishing shop in a district of significant performers. Then we began observing regional and national rankings where we had been at the top consistently.

And we celebrated. We as a staff shared in this achievement. It was my habits that required to alter so that their success could be realized.  The success  of that retail store was not about me, it was about me getting  out of their way.

So leaders, get out of their way.  It’s not about  you.
